The HP 248 PJB features an LED-backlit display that's designed to protect its user's eyes from strain caused by flicker, blue light, and glare.

 

2mm Thin Bezel Design

 

The HP 248 PJB boasts an edge-to-edge frameless bezel on three sides for maximal display size with minimal borders.

 

4-in-1 Adjustable Stand

 

The ergonomically-designed HP 248 PJB comes with a 4-in-1 stand that features swivel, tilt, pivot, and height adjustments. It can be raised or lowered to suit each individual's seating preference.

 


 

 

VESA Mount

 

The HP 248 PJB features a VESA-compliant bracket, which can used to mount a client terminal, such as a thin client or mini PC, to the back of the monitor's stand. This frees up the space where the client terminal previously occupied.

 

178° Ultra-wide Viewing Angles

 

The HP 248 PJB features a 16:9 aspect ratio LED-backlit panel with a 178° ultra-wide view angle that minimizes color shift on both horizontal and vertical planes to ensure quality visuals from any direction.

 

 


 

 

 

Versatile Connectivity

 

The HP 248 PJB features a host of connectivity options that include DP, HDMI and VGA for Full HD 1080p content transmission.

 

Flicker-free DC Dimming

 

The HP 248 PJB features flicker-free DC dimming instead of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to control the backlight's brightness. It reduces eye strain, especially for users who experience PWM sensitivity.

 

 


 

 

 

Low Blue-light Mode

 

The HP 248 PJB reduces users' exposure to short-wavelength blue light that may cause eye strain and disrupt their Circadian rhythm.

 

Anti-glare Treatment

 

The HP 248 PJB display is treated with an anti-glare surface, which helps to reduce eye strain. The monitor's bezel also has a matte finish to prevent specular reflections.

 

 


 

 

 

Speakers and Headphones

 

The HP 248 PJB is equipped with stereo speakers, negating the need for external speakers. A 3.5mm audio output jack allows the user to plug in headphones, too.
