HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

1. Two (2) ways to contact Hannspree Customer Service:
By email: webservice_us@hannspree.net (Please include your name, phone number, address, product model number, serial number, and a brief summary of issue your are having) Expect response normally within next business day.

By phone: 888 808 6789 (1-909-992-5025 outside of the US) ; Mon - Fri: 6am - 6pm PST / PDT
Please have your name, phone number, address, product model number, and serial number ready.

2. Our Technical Service Agent will provide you with instructions on the product return and repair process. Services covered by the warranty as described in the "Limited Warranty Coverage" will be provided at no cost to the customer. Other services as defined in this manual will be performed at the owner's expense.

3. The owner is responsible for packing, shipping, and insurance costs to send the product to the repair center. The Warrantor will not be held liable for damage or loss during the shipping process. For sets 25" or larger, since they may have additional screws or have additional accessories to remove, please contact Hannspree Customer Service for additional service instructions.


IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING MATERIALS FOR CONVENIENCE IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT YOU REQUIRE SERVICE.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers who take the product outside of the United States are covered by this limited warranty but are responsible for paying all freight charges incurred in shipping, importing and exporting the product to and from the Hannspree repair facility, including all customs duties, value added taxes, and other associated taxes and charges. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
