Registration is an important part of your Hannspree experience. It allows us to inform you of important information or updates regarding your product. The information you provide will be used for our records only and will not be distributed to other agencies. HANNSPREE LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
HANNspree Inc., (hereinafter refer to as "Hannspree") or its authorized Agent, warrants that the products supplied are free from defective material and workmanship (other than those parts excluded below) during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, HANNspree will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product. Replacement Product or parts may include refurbished or remanufactured parts or components. During the period of this limited warranty, both labor and parts (other than those excluded below) will be covered.
The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase. The purchase receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided to claim the warranty services. Customers will be charged a service fee for the services rendered if such documentation is not available.
In the event that a LCD-TV returned for repair is found not to be valid warranty claim, the end-user/owner will be invoiced for the full value of the supplied LCD-TV and service, plus carriage charges incurred.
Any replaced or repaired product or component is covered by this limited warranty for a period of ninety (90) days from customer collection, or through the end of the original warranty period, whichever is longer. All parts replaced within the warranty period are properties of our Company. We have rights to handle those parts in methods that deem fit.
This limited warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or workmanship.
HANNspree only provides services at any time during normal business hours and environment and under reasonably safe conditions and circumstances only.
If the number of blind-spots or light-spots found in each display is less than the number guaranteed by manufacture, HANNspree Inc. has the right to refuse providing service or demand charges from customer for any services costs.
All the rights of the warranty is neither transferable not refundable.
HANNspree Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions are valid for Singapore only.
The contents of this warranty policy may alter without prior notice.
YOUR HANNSPREE WARRANTY
23" LCD-TV and above is covered by local Next Business Day On-Site warranty. This warranty is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of the original purchase of the product.
Hannspree LCD-TV below 23" is covered by a Carry-In warranty. This warranty is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of the original purchase of the product.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Accessories are covered for thirty (30) days from the date of the original purchase of the product. Accessories include cables, remote controls and power adapters.
This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER consumables, such as batteries, bulbs, etc. All other parts are covered by this warranty.
This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage; damages that occurred in shipment; failures caused by products not supplied by HANNspree; failures that result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, faulty or improper installation, operation and maintenance, repair or attempt repair by anyone not authorized by HANNspree, or use in violation of instructions furnished by the manufacturer, setup adjustments, power surges, modification, or commercial use, rental use of the product, service by anyone other than the warrantor; or damage that is attributable to acts of God, such as flood, storm or lightning.
The above warranties do not extend to units of which the serial numbers or other identification labels have been removed, altered, damaged, defaced, or rendered illegible.
NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED BY HANNSPREE INC. FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
HANNSPREE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT, DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, INTERFERENCE WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE LIABILITY OF HANNSPREE IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF THE REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND NO REPRESENTATIVE OR PERSON IS AUTHORISED TO ASSUME FOR US LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF OUR LCD-TV. HANNSPREE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
