HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

1. Our Authorized Service Center will provide you with instructions on the product return and repair process. Services covered by the warranty as described in the "Limited Warranty Coverage" will be provided at no cost to the customer. Other services as defined in this manual will be performed at the customer's expense.

2. For sets smaller than 23", the customer is responsible for packing, shipping, and insurance costs to send the product to the repair center. Hannspree will not be held liable for damage or loss during the shipping process. For sets larger or equal than 23", please contact Hannspree Authorized Service Center for local Next Business Day On-Site service.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING MATERIALS FOR CONVENIENCE IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT YOU REQUIRE SERVICE.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customers who take the product outside of Singapore are covered by this limited warranty but are responsible for paying all freight charges incurred in shipping, importing and exporting the product to and from the Hannspree Authorized Service Centre, including all customs duties, value added taxes, and other associated taxes and charges. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which very from stat to state.
